By using InzuFinder you agree to these terms. Summary of the key points:

• Listings must be accurate; fraudulent or misleading listings are removed and accounts banned.
• Rent payments made through InzuFinder are held until check-in is confirmed by both tenant and landlord.
• Payments made outside the platform are not protected by InzuFinder.
• InzuFinder charges a platform fee on successful rentals, shown transparently before payment.
• Accounts may be suspended for abuse, harassment or attempted fraud.
