How InzuFinder works
1. Browse & compare
Explore houses with real videos, photos and exact map locations. Filter by price, bedrooms and neighborhood.
2. Request to rent
Found the one? Send a rental request from the InzuFinder app. The landlord reviews and approves it.
3. Pay securely
Pay with MTN Mobile Money. Your money is held safely by InzuFinder — the landlord is only paid after check-in.
4. Check in
Confirm your check-in in the app. Both sides confirm, funds are released, and you're home.
Verification
Houses with the gold badge are verified — either uploaded directly by the InzuFinder team, confirmed by GPS location matching, or manually reviewed with ownership documents. Landlords can also verify their identity with national ID and a selfie.
Payments & payouts
Rent is collected via mobile money and held by InzuFinder until both tenant and landlord confirm check-in. If something goes wrong, you're refunded — no cash changing hands, no risk.
Safety
Report suspicious listings from any house page in the app. Our team reviews every report and removes fraudulent content.
