Founder Story
The day I could no longer accept ‘I couldn’t help you’ was the day INZUFINDER truly began
Every meaningful company begins with a problem.
INZUFINDER did not begin with technology, artificial intelligence, or a business plan. It began years earlier, through lived experiences that quietly shaped the way I saw housing, people, and opportunity.
Growing up, moving from one rented home to another was part of life. I experienced the uncertainty that many families face when searching for a place to live. At the time, I didn't know those experiences would one day become the foundation of my life's work.
Years later, while working as a real estate agent in Kigali, I began seeing the same struggles from a completely different perspective.
Every day, my phone rang with people searching for homes.
Students. Families. Young professionals. People relocating. People returning home.
Each conversation carried hope.
Some ended with joy.
Many ended with disappointment.
Not because homes didn't exist…
but because the right people could not discover them when they needed them.
That realization changed everything.
I understood that the biggest challenge wasn't a shortage of houses.
It was a shortage of trusted, connected, and accessible housing information.
The more people I helped, the clearer the problem became.
Landlords struggled to reach the right tenants.
Tenants spent days walking from one neighborhood to another.
Agents relied on fragmented information.
Good houses remained invisible.
Families lost time, money, and hope searching for homes that already existed.
Every unsuccessful phone call stayed with me.
Every customer I couldn't help reminded me that something bigger needed to change.
At first, I believed I was simply helping people find houses.
Eventually I realized I was preparing to build something much larger.
That realization became INZUFINDER.
Not another property listing platform.
Not another real estate agency.
But a long-term mission to build trusted digital housing infrastructure for Africa.
Today, every line of code, every partnership, every verified property, and every decision we make is guided by one belief:
Everyone deserves to discover the right home at the right time with confidence.
That belief continues to shape everything we build.
Those early experiences taught me something that I would only understand years later.
A home is never just a building.
It is where children grow, families feel safe, students prepare for their future, and people rebuild their lives after difficult seasons.
When housing becomes uncertain, every part of life becomes uncertain.
Without realizing it, those experiences shaped the way I would eventually see the housing problem — not as a real estate challenge, but as a human one.
INZUFINDER was born from one simple belief:
People should not have to waste their time, money, or hope just to find a place they can call home.
Technology should remove uncertainty — not create it.
Trust should be built into the housing journey — not left to chance.
That belief became the foundation of a long-term mission: building trusted digital housing infrastructure that connects people, properties, and housing services across Africa.
This story is still being written.
Every customer we serve, every lesson we learn, every partnership we build, and every innovation we create becomes another chapter in the journey.
Our mission remains the same as it was on the first day:
To help every person discover the right home at the right time with confidence.
And this is only the beginning.
